Advantage Behavioral Health Systems Advantage Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) is a publicly-funded provider of behavioral health, developmental disability and addictive disease services for Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton counties. A Community Service Board (CSB) is the governing body for Advantage Behavioral Health Systems and is comprised of members from the counties they serve.
AIDS Athens AIDS Athens, Inc. serves to address the needs of individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS through support services and to prevent the spread of the disease through education and outreach.

Athens Urban Ministry Athens Urban Ministry was organized to provide churches, the community, and interested individuals a means to be in ministry with and for the disadvantaged persons in the greater Athens area. The focus of A.U.M. is providing food, hospitality, compassion, and the Gospel. They try to address the causes of poverty as well as the symptoms of poverty.
Athens YMCA Athens YMCA programs include: aquatics, youth sports, adult sports, fitness, afterschool, day camps, and men's bible study.
BikeAthens BikeAthens promotes transportation and land-use policies that improve alternative modes of transportation, including pedestrian, cycling, and public transit options. The mission of BikeAthens is to make alternative transportation a practical, convenient, and safe option for all citizens of Athens-Clarke County.
Family Counseling Services of Athens Family Counseling Services of Athens core services include individual, marriage, and family counseling. In addition, Family Counseling Services operates a number of special programs addressing such community concerns as youth alcohol and drug abuse, family violence, child abuse, children's adjustment to divorce, shoplifting, and divorce mediation. Agency staff include social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and certified addiction counselors.
Family Solutions Family Solutions (FSP) began in 1992 in Athens-Clarke County as a collaboration of the Department of Child and Family Development at the University of Georgia and the Juvenile Court. FSP is a non-profit organization that seeks to reduce recidivism rates among first time juvenile offenders. FSP uses family based intervention and group support to provide an alternative to incarceration or probation in an effort to combat juvenile delinquency. The program strives to modify youth behaviors and the family environments that contribute to delinquency.
Food Bank of Northeast Georgia The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia works toward ending hunger as part of an overall community effort to alleviate poverty in our community.

Nuçi Phillips Memorial Foundation The focus of Nuçi’s Space is the well being of musicians. Paramount to this concern is the ability to see a mental health professional without fear of stigma or negative repercussion. The role of Nuçi’s Space in this area is to direct troubled musicians to appropriate professionals in a private confidential manner. Nuçi’s Space has access to a bank of licensed professional counselors who agree to see musicians at a very low cost.
Project Safe Project Safe is a local, non-profit organization that provides a safe Shelter, a 24-hour Hotline, Referrals and Support Groups for women, and their children, who are victims of domestic violence. This shelter-home is in a confidential location in Athens-Clarke County, helping women and children from 40 counties in North and Central Georgia as well as surrounding states.
Psychology Clinic The Psychology Clinic operates with the objectives of providing specialized psychological services to the community as well as serving as a training facility for the Clinical Psychology program.

Samaritan Counseling Center The Samaritan Counseling Center is an interfaith counseling service of qualified professionals who provide confidential, compassionate services to individuals, families, and community groups with respect for personal beliefs and values.
Sexual Assault Center of Northeast Georgia The Sexual Assault Center of Northeast Georgia, Inc. is a non-profit organization comprised of highly competent, dedicated, and compassionate professionals and volunteers. The Center is committed to ending sexual violence by promoting healing, preventing trauma, advocating for the rights and needs of survivors, and educating to inspire change. The Center serves men, women, and children whose lives have been affected in any way by sexual violence.
Speech and Hearing Clinic The UGA Speech and Hearing Clinic strives to provide services which are on the forefront of current practice within the field of communication sciences and disorders, which are based on research evidence, and which involve the client or client's caregiver in all aspects of decision-making in respect to the services received.
